Seat Placement

I have a 79 Z28 that I drag race. The stock seat just doesn't get it anymore. Will be putting in a 14 point cage and Kirkey seats. How do you know where and how to mount them? What angle? Do I mount the main roll bar back and the seat back and extend the steering column and peddles or what?
