ARP2000 200-6208 stretch (Ti rods)?
Got a set of custom Ti rods in, they have ARP2000 bolts, part nu 200-6208.
They are 1 of 2 sets made over 10 years ago & I cannot get manufacturer stretch specs for the bolts, so I'm going to have to go with whatever you'd normally stretch these bolts to, but ARP do not list stretch for them - they just refer you to manufacturers web site, which in this case does not exist!
I *think* it'll likely be around .006", but these rods cost a LOT & cannot be replaced, so taking no chances!

Those bolts need to be "stretched" .0065"/.007" to be correct! This is according to ARP!KnightEngines wrote: ↑Thu Dec 06, 2018 5:51 pm Got a set of custom Ti rods in, they have ARP2000 bolts, part nu 200-6208.

Thanks, Gary in N.Y.
P.S. Using the "conventional" torque method it would work out to be 55# with the ARP "Ultra-Torque" lube, this isn't the same as the older "Moly" lube ARP once supplied!

You sure? That seems like a lot, the 1.6" uhl ones are .0058", these are 1.75" uhl, so I expect more, but not that much more!
Torque will not apply, need to use special lube to avoid galling the threads with Ti rods, so will be different to arp torque spec.

not for your application but my bolts ( arp 2000- 1.6x7/16) were 4.5 to 5.1. I would email teck line for more info.

Jalai - that's the sheet I was looking for, thanks!
Stretched the bolts to .0065", came out at about 62ft/lb with the lube I have to use.
Rods were up the sh|t, varied almost .0015" in big end size
Turns out sizing Ti rods is no-where near as much of a PITA as I expected, all within .0001" now.
