I think your way short on lift with either option for the CI and the RPM you want to run. 1100 is a pipe dream with those components, 112% VE with that CI is no cake walk.

I would't put 2.350 valves in them unless I was having a cnc program ran on them first. JMO

Just curious why you want to keep a 2.3 valve in a 598 engine?

I would keep 2.3 not because of engine size; I would't change valve size till I size the port for the larger valve starting with the throat and going to intake gasket.
