Valve clearances checked. Worst one 1.8 thou “ .0018”. What about what was said about all the oil that sits in the spring cups without a drain? Over 1/4” deep. Could it be just pushed and splashed so much? They redesigned that I’ve seen in the atk thread.

Was the .0018 on #8? How did the cleaner side measure up?

.0018" is not massive by any case, but what intake valve guide seal was being used on those intakes?

Fel pro positive stop Viton seals. Just the normal ones that come from summit.
