what sleeve for L-92 chevy?

I'm doing a stock rebuild on a L-92 with a gouge in 1 cylinder from a broken piston. I need to re-sleeve 1 cylinder only. LA sleeve # FL3344 is the perfect size repair sleeve, but are sold out and next batch won't be done for 5 weeks. Anyone have a single for sale or know of another brand that has similalar dimension? 4.065 ID, 4.300 OD, 4.395 flange OD, .266 flange thickness, 5.680 OAL. DARTON, Melling, and Tiger Power do not have anything in catalogs. I'm surprised more companies don't have something to repair these popular engines.I must be missing something.
