2009 6.0 balancer sleeve question..

Does anyone make a harmonic balancer repair sleeve for a 6.0 LS engine? Normally I would get a new balancer but the customer installed a supercharger and drilled the balancer for two dowel pins and I don't have the tool.

Is the issue is a seal wear line on the damper sealing surface? If so another alternative is an offset seal.
