We got #1 9.5 deck block. Looking forward to finishing machine work and build engine for customer. We have high hopes for this block.

Congrats on a great project. As most engine builders know, NOTHING mass produced is going to be perfect and that is why we check EVERYTHING and fix any anomaly. Personally, I wouldn't get lost in making it perfect, expect feedback and adjust machining accordingly. :)

Nice,,,, looks like the bores extend into the crankcase a good ammount, with bod/bolt relief cuts in them. What is the total bore lenght in these?
Nice looking block indeed.

Thanks!!
9.2 block has a 6.125" long cylinder,
9.5 block has a 6.425"
With a 4" stroke in a 9.2 block, there is %100 piston support at BDC.

Yea, as an engine builder, there is a perfection mentality. As we tweak the CNC machine, we have been finishing the first few blocks so we can get some feedback. We are looking forward to some feedback from fellow engine builders. We have bounced ideas off other builders for a few years trying to hone in on high quality product without breaking the bank.

Excellent. Full piston support at a 4" stroke in a 9.2" deck block is a strong selling point in my opinion.
