Yes, .038" is more like an idle jet size. I'll be something got lost somewhere in translation.

Put a .035 idle jet with a .050 idle air bleed and a .0595 transfer slot restriction. 3/4 turn out with the mixture screws. If you fire the engine cold and it idles, put a .053 idle air bleed. If you have to turn the mixture screws out more than 1.5 turns, put a bigger idle jet in it.
