My ‘83 extended cab long bed, with steel wheels, heavier tires, a 100 pound rubber bed floor mat, and a loaded toolbox weighs 4900 pounds with my 240 pound butt in it. It’s been across many scales in the last 10 years. This ‘87 is 1.5’ shorter, aluminum wheels, lighter duty tires, no toolbox or bed liner, etc...I don’t think 4500 is a stretch at all. Especially after I cut the plugged 50 pound muffler off of it 😳

What is the lobe lift on that cam and your rocker arm ratio ...?

Personally, in your situation, I would use the 180cc RHS heads.

.340/.340 lobe lift, probably use a 1.6 rocker.

On that, I'd probably use a ProMAXX 180cc. It flows 267 @ .550 and retails for 925.00 a set up for the H/R cam.

They're a good budget head and will support more H/P than you're shooting for. If you're going to go for a stroker, or boost, later then I'd use a bigger head.
