What is its rated pressure and what pressure will you be using?
What is the max duty cycle you are willing to run?
About what will the BSFC of the engine be?
1 80# injector rated @ 43.5 psi running @ 43.5 psi, 90% DC and .45 BSFC = 160 HP
1 80# injector rated @ 43.5 psi running @ 55 psi, 95% DC and .4 BSFC = 231.5 HP

The fuel flow should be proportional to the square root of the fuel pressure (differential between the fuel rail and intake port for boost fiens) and proportional to duty cycle, which should make adjusting the above estimates pretty easy.

Pressure is resistance to flow no? Size of the supply line would come into play here! Which flows more 1/16 line at 45 lbs pressure or 3/8 line at 45 lbs pressure with a 130 gallon per hour pump? When you open a regulator you are increasing flow.

I think that these calculations assume that the fuel pump is powerful enough to maintain the fuel rail pressure at the set point while flowing whatever the ECU wants. The return style regulator system that I have simply bleeds enough of the fuel back to the tank to maintain the rail pressure. This ends up having the pump flow approximately constant volume of fuel against constant pressure.
