Intelligent spark plugs,
that can measure cylinder pressures, combustion temps, mixture swirl, have knock-sensing built-in... and still be able to deliver a spark.

How about a camshaft that bolts together so that you could alter lsa and even swap different lobes around on the same shaft.

Those already exist … if you are an OEM.
Bring the BIG wallet.

But ion sensing ignition systems can already give you most if not all of that anyway.

AFAIK, many modern cams are made by hydroform expanding a steel tube into premade 'lobes' made of harder material.

So a 'modular' cam could be made with a long center bolt and spacers, maybe use tapered fit joins between spacers and lobes,
like machine tools, to lock the parts together, while allowing easy disassembly and reconfiguration.

Pretty much they way i figure it could be done.

A Holley pattern throttle body with booster-style injector placement and integrated TPS/IAC/MAP, but WITHOUT the Playskool EFi box. I just want the hardware.

NOBODY sells them separately, you have to buy the whole kit.

I want to run this setup on an engine that the "self learning" boxes won't work with, and I want to run a MAF.

1. Buick Big Block and Small-Block/V-6 timing covers that have a revised oil pump cavity.

Perhaps a cast-in iron insert where the oil pump lives. This would be like the aluminum blocks that have cast-in iron liners. The iron insert would be machined to fit stock-style oil pump spur gears, yet would not be so prone to scoring, and wouldn't expand as much with heat, screwing-up the pump efficiency.

An alternative would be an all-aluminum timing cover but designed for gerotor or automatic-transmission-style inside/outside gear teeth. The functional part of the pump would still be all-iron and have all the same benefits.

Anything to get rid of the damned all-aluminum housing and iron spur gears.

2. A comprehensive catalog of all PCV valve specs, including flow rates, spring tensions, etc.

You can buy just the throttle body from Holley or an MSD atomic as a replacement part... It will cost $900 though.

IONSENSING doesn't give you anything usefull and requires a lot of charactirization to even get something out of it.
Spark plugs with pressure measurement is available, but expensive. The major issue though is the program and hardware behind it to deal with the high speed signals.

I don't know that firm, but from what I've seen probable in the region of USD 10.000 with one or two sensors.

Does it have to be a engine part , how about a tool for testing?
