Depends on the bearing quality (parting line precision and finish) and the amount of stress applied to the connecting rod during service, vs the quality of the connecting rod. Rod id and parting line finish can effect this also. Any place that can wear during movement can change clearance and crush.

If the bearings don't have enough press I would probably see that visually.
If they are moving around slightly you can see it in how the backside of the bearing and rod ID looks, It makes a very faint fretting which is different in color and texture to how they usually look. Most people would not notice, but easy to recognize once you've seen it a few times and know what your looking for.
That is, on engines that run quite a while, not the 1/4 mile at a time kind.
