Thanks guys. I just have not seen it before or know why the drop. Do not know if we would decide to fix or worry about it. Just was looking at head as option for a project we working on.

It could be from an error during the testing process, such as the puddy from the front face of the head lifting up or bending in.

What is port mcsa on that particular head and how is it looking for flow as in cfm V sq" of port cross section thru thw range compared to other heads you have tested on these bore sizes?

flow it with the intake on & see if it backs up .
