These are posted over on Larry M. site. One thing missing is a piece of 1/8" solder that wraps around STR /floor
in order to trace over on to alum. I use stiff stencil cardboard then sometimes transfer to .040" alum.
Pic's look nice Chad, Larry :)

awesome light-weight "BEST" LED type Bulb i found + tested so far :D

this is a super light-weight Flood Light or Spot Light to aim bright Daylight at object
Ecosmart 1001 654 087

120 Watt replacement
DAYLIGHT 5000 K 1260 Lumens
gives off the brightest white light , reduced shadows

you can put this Spot Light in a GooseNeck Fixture
and its so light , gravity will not bend the GooseNeck 8)

This big Spot-Light is lighter than the LED Bulbs in the 2 Pics above ... awesome technology

There are places on ebay that sell 6? in long flexible LED strips, handy for sticking down a port. Makes a noticeable difference (esp if its a long runner)

I look at the short torn with #2 but with face of head almost vertical establish short turn with piece of solder and then find largest radius that will not lower the floor and still meet parallel with the throat. I also do several operations on the bridge port before I lift a burr, put a rod in push rod hole and touch off that then move over .050 or so and mill pushrod pinch also do same on head bolts, takes time but saves hands and helps me keep ports consistant. also establish throat and seat with cutter before I start with burr.

If you don't have CNC like me , then a adjustable seat cutter make for a good way to start off with Throat enlightenment.
Once the cutter stops removing meat on the short turn area you have saved yourself a ton of mind boring work!
