thanks charlie,
i remember that thread, what are your thoughts now, maybe smaller throat % on the intake??
did you use course sanding rolls or stones to finish on those ones?
interesting picture with the dyekem out of the intake heading through the chamber
any secrets you want to share :D
i have not measured my sport 2s as they are on the 327 at the moment,i will keep the 2.02 in valve and work from there, what do you think would be a fair # for a 2.02 valve,64cc chamber,i did cc the intake it is approx 204cc from memory,it will be a while before i do anything with the the sports 2 as i got a bit on at the moment, but i am keen to get some data as cast.
thanks for your input charlie,

I was measuring throat ratio wrong they are much closer to 90%. SP2's are about 235 cfm untouched and can go 300 + with work. Start your own thread and get some real input on how many cfm that engine needs to get to your goal. I ran a 200+ cc bowtie on a 383 for a long time, hard running mill.

Sportsman 2 are probably the best cast 23deg head for a 355-383” engine. When they are preped right
