Allen Distributor Tester

Anyone out there have an Allen distributor machine or know anything about them? I have an opportunity to purchase a EH1415 model. It hasn't been in many years but the owner said it powered up. I'll be taking a look at it next week or so and I would like to get some idea on the hows and whys of the machine.Thanks
