I have zero experience with a Stuska so I also am just asking, not judging.

I fully understand the engineering associated with the Revolution dyno in the article.

How does the Stuska system measure acceleration? I am guessing there may be programming in the software to allow for a constant load to be applied to the engine versus allowing for a constant acceleration like the typical Superflow?

Can you ask your guy at the dyno facility?

Thanks

Great test! Thanks for sharing it! =D> =D> =D> =D>

I'd love to see a couple of T-rams tested like these single planes were, I never see a dyno test showing a OOTB T-ram vs a ported one.

Very little or no difference on 800-900 HP, SB Chevy engines= The ported ones usually LOOSE a lot of torque, but do gain a few HP, way up high in the RPM range. Not a good trade off

I just noticed, Joe died at 77 just two days after his above post. Hats off to him for keeping the racing fires lit to the end!

Joe was one of my hero's when I grew up in the 70's and 80's. I still re-read the one when he built that late style Nova. Joe went from 13's to like 9's with that car. Joe knew how to make power from less. I still remember his one line in a Hot Rod magazine, "Aftermarket parts are for people who can't sleep at night". Joe was one of the best, the racing world needs more guys like JOE SHERMAN.
