As you may or may not know, in September of 2017, Power Test Inc. purchased the assets of SuperFlow Industries:

The most immediate concern is re-establishing a reputable and accountable Tech Service staff.
We are in the process of hiring Service techs for both the Performace products, as well as the HD/Reman side of the business.
