Not like it was NA for sure, but you can. difficult to get a FAST enough burn at higher revs, being what it is, but believe it or not, more boost....may help you rev higher, IF the injectors can keep up.
There is a challenge of getting the fuel squirted in at the right timing so it goes IN the piston bowl, at the right time and so forth.
point being.....IF you can rev higher, then you may benefit from porting, but porting alone will probably not give you the ability to rev any higher.
