Cam choice

I could just ask a cam grinder to recommend something, however is this on the right track? Trying to see if I’m retaining any that I’m trying to learn from my readings here.

2500lb asphalt mod car, 4200-7000 rpm, SBF 393, 12:1, 4412, Victor Jr, ported Windsor heads 1.94/1.60, 1.6 rocker. 6.200 rods, 1 3/4/1 7/8 headers.

284/280 254/250 @.050, 169/165 @ .200, .610/.590 valve lift. Springs 155 seat, 420 open.

Any and all feed back is appreciated.

Going with less seat duration on the exhaust will pick up the mid range power, but it will fall off sooner after peak.
