This engine is being built for testing things. Waste of time? Explain...Or are you saying testing cylinder head modifications or a waste? Or everything?

Testing the other heads besides the ones you have already. I've got Frankenstein stg1 Ls3 heads referred a few people.... 6.2 made 550rwhp with a LLSR Cam. 800 from a 418 that Flying did now for sale, he needs 900+ to be competitive.

There are other good Ls3 head porters....... They'll all be around the same ball park. Matching the CSA to the combination used is the main thing.

Do you have real world experience with anything you have suggested or just read on the Internet?

Rowdy, I don't see where your build is. Do you have some dyno data and or specs on yours?

You could be asked the same question chief... He stated he purchased a gz vacuum pump just a couple posts prior to your first in this thread. You also haven't mentioned this 408 in this thread....

Got Everything just needs to be assembled. Ran into some legal stuff.... But to answer the question I can say for fact I've had guys who've had builds that were behind mine ...That were very similar helped somewhat with info... Go to the dyno and make what I said it would. Flying's 418 was a prime example...
Stated it would make 710 to 705 went to the dyno 708. Told him a solid roller with 8000 Rpm would make 800 went to the dyno 812. If you've looked over Ever build on Ls1tech & yellowbullet and I have. I can basically look at a combo, know the compression and Cam duration and intake used and get a very close ball park #. I love cylinder heads! Again I love cylinder heads.
Let me get on my home computer and give you the build info. Predicted to make 750 at around 7500 with the Ls3 top end and 800 -8200 with Ls7 heads that I've had Darin Morgan shrink the exhaust valve along with port work.

facts found on the internet tend to be myths....
or was it myths posted on the internet after they get repeated long enough, become facts ?

I believe the truth will become apparent soon
