Getting back to your question....I'd opt a nice set of smaller-ish 4-1's over the old school Tri Y's for street use.

Thanks for the info. I’ll probably get a set of Stan’s Tri-y’s and try them. I just can’t “not” try them since my curiosity is high on them. I can also pick up 1 5/8 4:1 for realitively cheap too to compare if the Tri-y’s feel down on power. It is for 100% street 400 sbc.
