2000 Pinto on-head valve spring checker?

Does anyone know of an on-head valve spring pressure checker that will work with the 2000cc (German made) Pinto engine?

I'm looking for something that can be used at the track if necessary.

I can make something if I have to, but just buying one would save some time.

Well if it comes down to having to fab something you should look at the 28 dallor tool used on Toyotas to change out the lash cup as a starting point I would say.

All I'm finding are plier-and-prybar kits for changing the shims on shim-and-bucket followers. Is there a particular tool or engine I should be looking for?

Something like a Moroso 62389 looks like a good starting point.
