Not sure what data you need for that, but I would try.

Chad, I would need all info on this page in reference to your head and flows at these specific lifts. I would be glad to type it in and post it for you. I think you have pinned the port energy on those heads at that port size. Thanks, Charlie

Chad, you have flow pipe used marked yes. If your exhaust port flows are from a pipe then you need to increase the port length and cc to include the pipe. I don' see any mistakes on your data input. I will check more after work. Thanks, Charlie

Ok, I think I figured it out but I am no computer genius. You changed the lifts so the program is multiplying as it is much less lift.

wow excellent numbers from 380ci!

The Wallace Racing Intake port mach index calculator give .6 mach and 435fps to these ports!

That's why you said these heads are choking the engine?

323.3 ft/sec @.7" lift for the intakes and 321.6 ft/sec @.7" lift for the exhaust. No doubt they are crankin and the port energy is killer.

Yes, I think it's out of port volume because the head is on the fast side of the induction.

Chad if you have the flows for lifts between .05 and .7" and put them into the program it works perfectly. I made up some flows for the missing ones and came up with some impressive graphs. Thanks, Charlie

Cool, I would like to post my 247cc Darts on the same graph if you don't object. Very interesting, similar flows with much different port volumes. I should be able to post tonight. Thanks, Charlie

I need to ask, if your exhaust flows are with a pipe I need the diameter of pipe and length to add into the program. I think those flows were without a pipe but I need to be as accurate as I can. If you have flows for .05", .15", .25", .35". I can add them in. I have already done the work estimating these numbers to get smooth curves. Thanks, Charlie

Chad Cnc 205 2.08/1.6 flow sheet. I needed to guess at .05", .15", ,25", and .35 " flows they were not included in Chad's original flow sheet. All the fun happens at higher lift anyway. I think these curves look pretty good.
