Which head is that? 60/40 valve spacing? Double check those valves your 2.02 is bigger than your 2.05 valve or at least it looks that way. Thanks, Charlie

I didn't have any 2.200 valves so I used the 2.280, and I was gonna use 2.08 instead of the 2.05, but 2.05 is what I'm using in these heads, so I went with that one.
It is a Dart pro 1 200cc head. I didn't have any 215s in shop now.
I "think" the 200 has the valves moved over .030" and the 215 is 60/40 spacing, but you can get the idea what different sizes look like in that casting.

I think I get it. It is a joke that the different sized valves will all have a different torque peak. Having multiple torque peaks flattens the torque curve. Very clever.

Yes, just being goofy.

Hmmm, I can see that port energy is not universally accepted. That is fine. I am not here to make you a believer. I am here to learn and maybe teach others what I have learned. Think of it this way guys. Not everyone is a cylinder head pro, not everyone can go to sleep and wake up with a complete engine design by morning. Some can, Port energy can really help a non pro make way better power than the average wrench by using some measurements and a kick ass program and a bit of hard work. Thanks, Charlie
