Track Boss Cleveland block...Looking "Studly"

Post by TMeyer »

Track Boss Cleveland block has no stress...:)
What weighs 67 lbs with no caps or sleeves..and still looks "studly"
Install main caps, sleeves and required machining and Track Boss Cleveland block #1 will be ready for assembly and then on the dyno.
Yea...We are missing the main studs in the pictures. They are being specially made and will be here shortly.
(10) Alloy blocks on the way with another (25) CGI blocks not to far behind.

Good eye bud....
This block is one of the first three blocks cast, there was some water jacket core shift.
There are a couple cylinders tat did break through at the 4.300" bore size for the sleeve.
This is our proto-type block we will build and dyno.
The sleeve will be fine in these cylinders.
