So? Which rod bolt is stronger?

Hypothetically, if I knew nothing about these three rod bolts....which one looks stronger? (Yes, I can check the stampings on their ends and look them up......that's not what I want to know though)

One on the left looks like it has a larger underhead radius to me, plus it's more shiney and that has to be better.

I like the design of the one on the left. Less theads not being used, shank is narrowed more so more of the bolt is used for stretch, bottom of the head has a thicker design, the shiney finish may mean there are less stress risers at a very small level.

2X.
The larger underhead radius and making the shank diameter close/equal to that of the thread minimum diameter minimizes stress risers and should help fatigue life.

Wow! the assumption response is mind boggling! I would say that the stronger one is the strongest but that would be a fact used in a theory based feeling world.

That would be my guess. I prefer the A1 bolt in the center.

Obviously we can't 'see' the alloy and its processing (e.g. double vacuum melt), heat treat, machining steps, etc., but based on design and finish I too think the left one is an ARP.
