New member here...any other LS1 guys??

Post by 99SSleeper »

I came across this site from a post over on LS1Tech.com at about 4pm today and I have been reading ever since.

Right now I am enrolled in the Automotive Engineering Technology program here at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have one year left...afterwards I am thinking of attending SAM in Texas.

Anyway, any other LS1 junkies here? I have a 99 SS which I have done a few things to. This looks like a very technical board...exactly what I need.

Mike,
On our team we have an LS1 in NHRA Stock Eliminator. We did hold the B/FIA record at 10.39 with it.

Don's forum is much more informative than those 16 year old kids.
If you want to learn a bunch more, get some of the CD's of past interviews. They are worth every penny.

Too bad you are far away. I am looking for a driver/wrench to help me.

Here also...

Stock 1090, you may be thinking of ls1.com rather than ls1tech. I'll admit there are a few bad apples on occasion. But there are a lot of folks one ls1tech who are definitely into engine technology...

I agree the CD's are great.
