A lot of parts catalogs will list minimum thickness for a given cylinder head so you know when a spacer shim is needed but I didn't find one that showed a 2010 Aveo head.

This is a useful link to a PDF with that information. On the Chevy Aveo 1.6 it shows a new cylinder head height of 5.280 for an 04-05

How much do you want to take off? What could happen if you do?
