BBC comp short travel lifters

Post by WBR33 »

Anyone using these in a hyd roller bbc ? A friend of mine just bought them, and plans to run them in a 6000rpm max marine engine. Mild hyd roller cam setup. Never heard much about these lifters.

Better figure out how to restrict the oil that comes out of them.
Racing a NA NHRA stocker should be mandatory before any posting.

I have used the Comp "short travel" competition lifters in a small block engine with no trouble at all however, they use a different manufacturer for those than for their regular hydraulic roller lifters which I have had nothing but problems when attempting to use them.
