inline oil filters where to buy
Looking for a disposable inline oil filter, canister and all. micron rating 40 to 60. Similar to a Peterson but disposable. will need -12 flares on both ends. And maybe a bypass. Who makes e'm?
Re: inline oil filters where to buy
Something not possible in just using a common adapter and whatever fittings you need? and whatever filter you require?
Re: inline oil filters where to buy
idk bout any oil ones, but in general some inline filters the fluid still has to make turns so the flow isn't as great as you'd think.

I like and have the Canton Inline oil filter. Comes with -12 AN make fittings on both ends and is very easy to remove and change the filter. Uses a synthetic mesh and filters down to 8 micron I believe. Still flows very well also. I didn't lose any oil pressure and I run around 80 psi with 15W-50 synthetic oil. I use it on a Dart Iron Eagle SBC. And filters are readily available and only cost roughly $10 each. You can buy them in value packs and save some money also. Very nice filter from Canton.
