I would say that getting the cup radius correct is some precise machining. I believe a couple of tenths on either side of ''dead nuts'' is it, because of the small diameter involved. The larger the radius the more work is put on the pushrod's extream tip (around the oil hole) and this is what I have. It's an extream pressure point so a good contact patch is a must.robert1 wrote:The radius in the cup is suppose to be larger than the push rod. If not then you have trouble.
