Googling "Dr. J's Performance" raises a couple of flags, including some unfavorable BBB reports....

Walter,
Their lack of response goes back farther than that; I tried contacting by phone and e-mail over two months ago with the same results as you are experiencing. I gave up and went to plan "B"; I totally get the rigors of operating a business but customer service is a huge part of that dynamic. I'm very small potatoes compared to you folks but once I close a door I rarely reopen it.

I spoke to Bryce about 3 weeks ago and he was talking about closing shop. Not sure if that is still the plan but I know he was going through some personal issues with a divorce. Too bad..

If you guys are looking for a SB Mopar head, I have one almost finished and ready at CNC. Just a FYI

I heard the same thing. A divorce like that can ruin a man. It will probably take a little time for him to recover.

That's too bad. I thought he did some good work. I've been noticing the -FB from YB and other places. Looks like he wasn't get back with his customers for some reason. A phone call/email would have probably solved a lot of these issues. Taking people's money and then ignoring them is not a good business practice. :(

Sorry to hear about the personal issues; we've all seen what it can do to any man and most of us know what this line of work can do to a relationship also. He did some nice work; lets hope he can recover from his setback.
