Someone has to play Straight Man, so: Duh, what's a Henway?

Less than a Hemingway?

Weigh less than a Subway?

Speaking of the latter, could we get much further 'off track'? =P~

didn't wanna read 28 pages ,,, late timing and too much octane can raise exhaust temps ,, I wonder if the length of time this engine runs at full power leads to why the piston is that clean ,,, I have to wonder since it is a boat if maybe an ignition problem ,,

most people I know use a lil 2 stroke oil or marvels with av gas , like 2 oz per 5 gal fuel

I think we are waiting for any new failure data from the coming season.

I would remove any ignition component from the engine , if he reads this ,, a short to one of those coils might induce a spark at the improper time

Adding any oil "2 stroke oil or marvels" to any gas, Avgas, pump gas or race gas, will lower the octane. Why would you do that? Add MMT to raise octane.

It's because he races so close to the Arctic Circle. The Aurora Borealis is causing the timing computer to malfunction. Need to wrap the boat in aluminium foil. ...no...wait.... #-o ... it's an aluminium boat, you would need anti-aluminium foil .......I guess the easy way then is richen it up and retard the timing, use a colder plug ....

I think the rivers he is racing on empty into the Arctic Ocean. He's on the east side of the Rockies but those fish are tricky. Now that you mention it, something does smell fishy about this.

the term we've always heard around here is that avgas is " dry " , a small amount of 2 stroke oil or marvels helps this ,, if you know of something better , by all means
