ARP rod bolts torque spec...

I'm trying to find the torque specs on these rod bolts but ARP isn't making it easy.
Their chart shows three different specs based the quality of the bolt.
This is a 7/16" dia bolt. The options are 70 ft/lb 80ft/lb or 90 ft/lb
On the head of the bolt it says ARP 2000 -10
The chart doesn't tell me how to identify the bolt in order to determine which catagory it falls in.
My guess is that it is the middle column.
My BME aluminum rods use the same diameter bolt but they only say ARP, again, these say 2000
I was just getting ready to torque them down to 70 like mine when I noticed the 2000

These are bolts with 12 point heads

Is anyone familliar with this nomenclature?

ARP generally leaves the torque value spec up to the rod manufacturer that they build the hardware for, even 5 lbs makes a difference in the housing bore dimension so you need to know the torque value or stretch number that was used when the rods were honed to size. Your best bet is a call to the rod maker with a number for the bolt thread size and pitch, plus under head length, and of course the info that it's an ARP 2000.

What brand and application are they?
