Designing a SP,4bbl manifold

Postby flyingwedge » Thu Aug 16, 2012 1:58 pm

I would like to use a 4150 carb mounting pattern, but will likely need 1,000 or so cfm. Short of using a 3bbl Holley, what kind of flow is available in a "worked" 4bbl, with a 4150 base ? Thanks, flyingwedge. :)

There are 4150 carbs out there that go right by 1000 cfm. Call BLP with your needs

http://blp.com/

They have a 1300+ cfm 4150 that has 2 "hourglass" shaped venturies similar to the 4500 shown below
