that Mike Jones guy does grind some nasty cams indeed, but I have been told he is an ugly dude telling bad jokes and likes that strange Denver beer we use to clean our beer bottles with................sometimes. And if he would not be so much of an chicken he would fly over and watch the 24 hours of Le Mans with me..........

Just a balanced view, I bought a $500 jones cam to here in the UK, but unfortunely its sitting in a box in my garage because it got betten by a off the shelf girly crower cam by 100ftlbs tq with the same topend. #-o #-o

I could see that happening using the same valve springs for the girly cam on the solid roller. :?:

I remember this. You asked Jones for a cam to use on an IR induction system, then your engine builder tested cams with and single 4BBL carb and intake. (concluding that his (your engine builder) choice of cams was superior to the Jones cam even though the application was different)

No batter bats 1000, but it's unusual for Jones not to produce a very good performing cam for a specific application.

No one hits the mark every single time but I thought I remembered the thread going along those lines too. Not exactly apples to apples.
