LS Morel lifters are my number one selling lifters this year. Once they go out the door I don't have any issues with them. Yes I highly recommend the lifters.

If you happen to know, internally how do they compare to say the OE GM LS7 lifter? What travel or preload do you reccomend to your clients. I'm interested in the fact they are link bar lifters, but I'd hate to spend $300+ on that have the same internals as a $8 OEM lifter. Sorry for all the questions directed towards you, you're just the first person to actually know anything and divulge information about them.

Morel has been a tier 2 supplier to the OEM's for over 70 years. They have built hyd valving for several companies over the years and have quite a bit of experience. Their valving is different than the OEM. The Morel plunger travel on the std lifters is .141 to .143". They recommned .040" worth of preload on the lifters. The lifter will take spring loads up to 200# and 525# open pressure. The link bar style comes in the straight bar design and the angle bar design for the extra head bolt on the LSX blocks. Body is tool steel and the wheel is .750" diameter unlike the OEM stuff at .700".

I keep these in stock.
