nyesgym previously wrote:ok, finally ran car with vacuum pulling off fuel pump block off plate on my SBC. started car and adjusted vacuum to 5 oz at idle and reved to 3500 and i had 10 oz of vacuum, everything seemed fine. idling for about 5 minutes until motor is warmed up. so, i reved the motor to 6000, all of a sudden ,my catch can was FULL of oil and oil came flying out of the air filter on top of the catch can, NO way in hell this will work. even if i tye it into the valve cover it will dump a ton of oil into the valve area, This idea did not work !!!, Now putting the vacuum pull off the valve cover only !!!
