it's 90% of the total size of the intake valve.....what castings are you using????

Are you using the Raised runner castings???

For my street stuff? no. However, I do have a bad ass iron RR RHS head that was developed for B/ND and it doesn't have a 2.180 valve.

But whatever works for you. My style I'm sure is different.

I'm a RHS and Pro-Filer fan.

Dont get me wrong...I love pro-filer products, but for Big block Chevys, not small blocks. I have put together a few killer Big Chevys using pro-filer heads...

Why not the small block? I've taken the 195cc core and made it 250+cc. You can make the floor an honest 2.100 wide. You can totally obvialte the SSR and not hit water. Move any wall .250 and not hit water. Raise the roof .375. It's a porters dream!
