Open a new thread and tell what you have to begin with and what you are capable of doing.. like weld and fab or able to build or tune or port heads etc correctly.

I have 2 350 motor one is a late modal and one a 1996 roller motor I have a set of speed pro forged flat top l226f.i also have a set of double hump heads but im getin a set of pro max head. I have a comp cam xe284 and a 750 quick fuel carburetor.I'm new at this I need help with my motor set up and how to set up my car.

The parts you describe won't get you to the 10 sec range, or even close. The 350 is too small for a car that weighs nearly 4000 lbs. I have a friend running brackets with one of these cars using a decently built 427 BBC and a 4 speed. His best times are in the mid to low 11s, and he breaks a lot of parts. You do have parts that will make for a nice running car. Nitrous can get you there, but you say you are new to this and the learning curve can be expensive.
So much to do, so little time...
