Well, Quadrant Scientific used to, but he imploded several years ago...

The flow balls are pretty easy, you can just weld several sizes of ball bearings to stiff wires.
For the radius plates, I use 5/8" pine; jig saw/file the opening, then go around it with a 1/2 radius router bit. A bit of sanding and a couple of coats of primer and you're done.
For the exhaust, I'm too lazy to even build a bolt-on pipe, I just use a 6" stub of the desired diameter and either move it around until I get the best flow, or outline the correct position of the actual header primary with a Sharpie.

Curtis,
I know that Brzezinski has radius inlets. I don't think they do the exhuast tubes though.

Let me know if you need something to build some. My dad owns and exhaust shop and usually has a bunch of old headers laying around. I just cut some up and built my own.

No, but I do know several people who would like to "reach out and touch" him...
Apparently there are at least two Bill Andersons living in the region of his former business: http://www.streetperformance.com/?detailedlisting=24

This might be the flow tube guy you were looking for.

I think I remember Mondello and a couple of others stock these pieces.

I thought he went to California.

Depac Dave might know.

If your friend needs help getting that Quadrant Flowbench running there are some pretty sharp guys on the PTS Flowbench Technology Forum.

Greg, (ozrace) has owned one of those benches and might be a help too.

Now I remember, PowerTest (Stuska Dyno) bought the design rights for the Stuska/Quadrant OzBox and might know where Oz is.

I'd like to get a hold of him too, nothing big, just some minor software glitches.

Putztastics and Madbill, he is working at Hasselgren Engineering in California right now as a CAD guy. I talked to him at PRI '05.

Hmmm, I wonder if he would mind a ghost from the past haunting him?
