Oil recommendation

What viscosity oil should I be using in my solid roller 383 sbc with 11.5/1 with normal bearing clearances. Mobil1 synthetic 10w-30 or should I use Mobil1 15w-50 or should I run a non synthetic motor oil in a different viscosity. This is a bracket race application. Thanks
