BBC 427 Bore

I have a customer that has a tall deck 427 block that he is wanting me to bore to 4.600 bore and fill it with grout to the top. Has anyone tried this or does the cylinders get to thin. I'll appreciate all comments.

If it is a GM truck block you wil be into water long before you make anything close to 4.600 bore

The biggest I've ever gone successfully is 4.395 with a mkv block. The piston was custom from ross and the rings were chrysler 440 060 over I think. But nuthin near 4.600

4.395 x 4.500 would be 546, think thats enough for him...
