What are the temps of the oil doing? Do u have a gauge. From your description as u run it longer the oil pressure drops. What's the measurement from bottom of pickup to bottom of pan???

Why would you want unfiltered oil being directed to your bearings during your racing pass??? If you don't think that bypas...

Re: Alky carb issue. Signal
Meehan, what size is your original hole above the front jets? I'm assuming it's .076. If so how does a 95 holley jet (.118 drill) and a .076 hole equal .156 jet?? You run a powervalve with this??

Through calcs it worked out to 194 fronts. Problems with car moving around and I knew it was fat. Decided to square it up.i used a 7...

Re: Rear main seal test BBC
Standard rotation. I came to the conclusion the seals were too long based on what happened to the last one. It deformed and the silicon pulled away from the metal backing causing the leak. I installed the new seal without crank and sure enough it ovaled it by the parting lines so I trimmed it until ...

Rear main seal test BBC
I've been having problems with the rear main seal leaking on my Gen IV bbc 2 piece. This is the third time I'm trying to seal it up. I have the engine at about 45 deg angle with 10 quarts of oil in the pan submerging the rear seal area. I primed it with a priming tool for 20 min while I turned the c...
