I'd go with Weiand Team G. It will have more low end torque and same top end power over Victor JR.

For a 400 Block I'd go with .030 over bore along with 4.000" stroke with good set of heads like Brodix Raise runner 11X.

Best is pre mix the powder in a bucket of water then add it to the hot tank.
Cold water will do just fine.

We have pour lead in the hole and use Flat disc freeze plug to close it off and welded in.

I'd run either 20W 50 Brad Penn or Cenpenco Racing Oil.
