How much will the large bore shorter stroke affect the tirque its for a pulling application thanks

They can use aftermarket blocks problem is it is for a pulling application and weight is an issue but it has to be iron block. So whats the lightest block for a cast iron bbc aand what is the biggest safe bore you can use. Thanks

i know 2 guys who have plunty of experience with builds like this tom at 3v performance and carl at cnc blocks northeast both have built plunty of these engines with lots of success

Got the rules and read them sheds a little more light on the build. no big chief or pontiac type heads 468 cubic inch seems like only rules what do you guys think?

we will most likely not run water so either cast or billet is an option that being said we are limited to 372 cubic inch , so are we better off with a small bore and 3.625 stroke or large bore and 3.5 stroke for a pulling application
