Looking for a Sunnen brochure from about 1987-1989 for the TA line bore machine.I remember the Sunnen man having these all those years ago in his binder. Now I have one of these machines and would like to have the brochure to go along with all my other books I have on the machine.

I have a SBC drag race only engine.I currently run 20W50 oil I was thinking of going to a straight 40W in Brad penn.Would this result in the same hot idle oil pressure or about 5-7 psi more over the multi grade oil?I currently have 30 lbs at a hot idle would like to have 40 lbs.

As for pedestal mount rockers I have found the "Yellow Terra" brand to have good spring clearance but the rocker stud position on the Dart Platinum heads sets off center on the intake side and the rocker does not run straight that is why I went to Jesel shaft rockers.

I built a engine with the Dart platinum heads and nothing worked for spring clearance or rocker alignment.Ended up installing all Jesel shaft rockers and it all fell in place like a glove.

Do any of you guys have or might know where I can buy a 1".125 line boring bar that is 48" long for a Tobin arp line bore machine? I would take one even if it's not Tobin arp and I can adapt it somehow.

Give Roger Mansfield a call at Mansfield shop equipment.I think he has a V alignment fixture for setting the overhead arms new old stock.

Jamison equipment has a set of overhead arms on their website for TA14 flat top machine.The V-8 block pads will have to be made.They are very hard to find by themselves.
