Does anybody know if these set ups (not brand specific unless need be) with adjustable shock/strut could in theory be changed on the fly......as in while taking a corner if you had a means could you change the valving dial or would this damage the shock/strut?

just to clarify that is not my cage i just posted it so you could view the rear bar area....my car will hopefully hit 10s but i want to use it for autocross and hopefully some time attack stuff so i believe i will need some bit of cage and the back only has lap belts which is why i was lookin for a ...

i could be way out in left field but i thought i remember reading that flow numbers from around 10 to like 60" of water could be calculated back in fourth but beyond that you start to get into compressing fluids(air that is) and below the air doesn't run its course the same as the deeper depres...
