We dont race to wka rules or ne thing its just a bunch of guys that get together from around the surrounding countys and race. and we have a full roll cage, the chassis is 1" square and the rollcage is 1/2" square and theres no where to loose weight.

do the new E3 spark plugs really work??

On the new E3 spark plugs the claim to be more efficent and add power. do they really and has ne one over dyno tested them. im curious to c just how much of a difference there design works,

Ok the only problem with stagger is theres no adjustment on the rear only spacers in the front and tire psi. and if we dont get it sideways the front end pushes so bad that we cant get through the turn and the biggest track we run is mine and its only 500ft. around the outside.

OK the reason i asked was because i wanted to do it cheaply. the guys that race jr dragsters are all factory built engines and they have a very deep bank. and i got the idea to lighten it up from on of the posts

Come on people dont u have ne thing????heres part of the problem that i payed attetion when i was testing a lil bit ago. as i go down the straight i let off at the end kick the rear end out crank the wheel to the right as the kart gets side ways and when i get about halfway through the turn i loose ...

Thank you all for posting and im ganna try and lighten everything up as in like the crank and connecting rod and all that and im ganna see how much work it would be to put some bigger valves in it.
What do u think putting lighter valve springs in it would do. would it be bad or no

Ya weve already milled out the heads and port matched the carb and headers.

Yea we've already done away with the gov. and the methanol is really expensive and we hav'nt had the best of luck with raceing fuels. but thanx ne way

Ya ivce heard that ice boxes work quite well for drag racing but idk if it helps the rings seat better or not. but i know they use them alot in snowmobile drags alot cuz my buddys dad uses one for his sled. and my uncle used to drag race an s-10 and i always ran the icebox while we worked on the mot...

Getting more Power out of a go kart motor

Ok i was wondering if any of you guys know how to get more power out of a go kart motor but it has to be as cheap as possible. I run a 5.5 Hp. briggs. i run on dirt oval tracks. the karts weight around 330lbs. w/ driver.Air cooled, and run k&n air filters. ne thing helps so dont hesitate to sugg...

Ok whether its dirt or ashphalt. u never stab the brakes unless an emergency. as ur coming down the staight quickly but smoothly let of the gas. act as if the pedels are sponges. because if u stab the brakes the weight transfer is ganna happen way to fast and u will spin out. and the same will happe...
